Project Manager

About This Role

MTBOSS Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects worth 50Cr+
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial forecasts
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with MBA preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in project management in construction
• PMP certification mandatory
• Experience managing projects of 50Cr+ value
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
